Vancouver Moves on to World Series Monday, October 2nd , 2073 The Vancouver Vandals are one step closer to the World Series. The club prevailed 7-3 at The Thunderdome tonight to eliminate the San Antonio Sloths and advance to the World Series. The Vandals won the series by a 4-2 margin, with center fielder and series MVP Steven Strange leading the way. "I'm proud of all the guys," Strange said. "This was a team effort, not just me."
