Ingram Tags Pathfinders for 5 Hits Saturday, August 24th , 2069 Chauncey Ingram exploded for a barrage of base hits today at Hammond Park. The Boise first baseman had a field day in the 13-6 triumph over the Toronto Pathfinders, finishing 5-for-5. "My hitting philosophy is simple," he said. "I focus on just seeing the ball and I try to get a good pitch." Ingram must have focused at least 5 times and apparently got some good pitches, too, leading to one of his best days ever with the bat. Chauncey Ingram hit a two-run double in the 1st, singled in the 4th, doubled in the 5th, doubled in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off Swingand Amiss in the 8th.
