Romeo McFlourish Blanks Buffalo, 1-0 Tuesday, April 30th , 2075 The Buffalo Surge were almost helpless in their 1-0 loss to the Indianapolis Apex and hurler Romeo McFlourish. McFlourish kept the Surge confused all game, spinning a 3-hit shutout. "Tip your hat to McFlourish," Buffalo manager said in a postgame interview. "He kept us off balance all night." The 33-year-old right-hander had 1 walk and 6 strikeouts in a strong performance. "It just happened to be one of those games where even when I made mistakes, they either fouled them off or someone would make a fine defensive play," McFlourish said.
