Poe Swings for the Cycle Friday, September 13th , 2075 Most fans have never seen a player hit for the cycle, and most players have never done it -- but it happened today at Demon's Lair at Laser Park. Sir Poe of the Detroit Demons accomplished the feat against Nashville Stars. Poe went 4-for-5 with 1 single, 1 double, 1 triple and 1 home run in the 15-3 Detroit victory. "That was one for the grandkids, am I right?" Poe said after the game. Poe also scored 3 runs and had 4 RBI in a day to remember for both Poe and the crowd at Demon's Lair at Laser Park. Sir Poe singled in the 2nd, tripled in the 4th, hit an RBI double in the 5th, grounded out in the 6th and hit a three-run home run off Skooma Skooma-kun in the 8th.
