Indianapolis Wins Divisional Series Wednesday, September 23rd , 2076 Brent Goldberg put the Indianapolis Apex on his shoulders as they downed the Detroit Demons in the Divisional Series. Indianapolis won the deciding game by a 7-6 count at The Brickyard and wrapped up the series 3-1. Goldberg played a key role in the victory, as he was named series MVP for his offensive output, which included a .294 batting average with a .333 on-base percentage, 1 home runs, 3 RBI and 3 runs scored. "I told myself it was time to step it up and help the team win and I'm glad I was able to do that," he said.
