New York Moves on to Conference Finals Tuesday, September 21st , 2077 The New York Voyagers are riding high after winning the Divisional Series and eliminating the Vancouver Vandals by a series score of 3-1. The final blow came tonight at Vaughn's House, when New York secured its spot in the Conference Finals with a 5-2 victory. "It feels good to put them away because we really didn't want to let them crawl back into this series," said right fielder Isuro Tanaka, who was named series MVP. "A team like that, you need to bury them when you get the chance." Tanaka certainly helped his team's cause, as he hit .333 with a .375 on-base percentage in the series. He also chipped in 2 home runs, drove in 5 RBI and scored 4 runs. The Conference Finals matchups and schedule will be announced after the Divisional Series finishes.
