He had good reason to be excitable, having tossed a complete game shutout of the Raptors, 8-0. "There are three important elements in pitching success: location, location, and location," Pebbles said. "I was hitting my spots time and time again." The right-hander blanked Boise on a 3-hitter, allowing 2 walks and racking up 11 strikeouts.
