Voyagers Win Divisional Series Wednesday, September 21st , 2078 The New York Voyagers said they felt the Divisional Series with the Providence Crabs would go the distance. But it didn't end up being that difficult, as New York advanced to the Conference Finals with a 9-2 score, to clinch the series 3-1 at Vaughn's House. "Whether it goes to the final game or not, we faced a good team and got the job done. It's a big momentum boost for us," said Brian Payne, who was named series MVP. "We're all feeling good about our chances to win the World Series." For the series, Payne hit .500 with a .529 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 4 RBI and scored 6 runs.
