Indianapolis Wins Conference Finals Friday, September 30th , 2078 By a score of 8-4, the Indianapolis Apex have sealed a victory in the Conference Finals over the Cancun Toros. "We knew we would be in for a tough series and that's what we got," said catcher Leon Rosenthal of the Apex, who was named the series MVP. "The Toros knew how to battle and gave us a good test." The next test for Indianapolis will come in the World Series, after winning this series 4-1. The World Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Conference Finals finishes.
