Arrow Batters Vancouver for 5 Hits Wednesday, August 15th , 2040 It was a good day for the Supernovas at The Thunder Dome as they clipped the Vancouver Vandals, 11-1. It was tremendous day for Red Arrow, who was on a hitting barrage at the plate, finishing 5-for-5. "I don't know what to call that," the Sarasota second baseman told reporters after his big performance. "I'm not 'dialed in' or 'in a zone,' I just try to keep it simple. Basically the pitcher throws the ball, I try to pick up the spin, then I hit it. Today I picked up the spin pretty well." Red Arrow singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, doubled in the 6th and hit an RBI single in the 7th. This season Arrow has 13 home runs and a .323 batting average.
