In a game played at The Mound, the Florida shortstop blistered the State College Swift Steeds for 5 hits in 6 at-bats to pace his club to a 8-7 victory. "Rye was too tough to get out today," Swift Steeds skipper said in his postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too."
