5-Hit Blitz by Louisville's Griffin Saturday, May 7th , 2067 The Louisville Lemurs stopped the Chicago Kingpins by a score of 10-9 at Kenny Payne Appreciation Stadium today, with the lion's share of the credit going to second baseman Robin Griffin. The 22-year-old had a career day, collecting 5 hits. "Every batter wants to have a quality at-bat every time he steps up to the plate," Griffin said later. "He wants to hit the ball hard." Griffin did just that in his 6 at-bats, much to the chagrin of the Kingpins. "Not much that I can say," offered Chicago manager . "He just hammered the heck out of us."
