Bay-Bay Cracks 5 Hits
Thursday, June 21st , 2074
Getting 5 hits in a game has always been memorable feat in baseball. In the Brew City's 14-2 win over Puerto Rico, second baseman Adam-Cole Bay-Bay was red-hot, scorching them for hit after hit at Kay Faraday Memorial Stadium.
"To hit the ball consistently well, you have to relax," Bay-Bay said afterward. "I was relaxed for the first four hits, but I have to admit, I got a little tight when I realized I had a chance for five. On the last at-bat, I was ready to swing at anything close."
Adam-Cole Bay-Bay singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Ottov Yeoj [BOT] in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 7th and grounded out in the 9th.
For the year, Bay-Bay has hit .330 with 12 home runs, 46 RBIs and scored 31 runs.
