Armadillos Dominate, Sweep Semi-FInals Sunday, September 29th , 2075 The Amarillo Armadillos have swept the Chicago Kingpins and are on to the World Series. Amarillo won 6-4 today at The Burrow Presented By Frankie's Fun Bites to clinch the Semi-FInals. "We're happy to have put the dagger in when we had the chance," said Amarillo third baseman Laser Show, who was named MVP for the series. "It could have been a tough series to finish if we let them start winning." Show won the award with a .375 batting average and a .474 on-base percentage.
