Miller No-Hits Ranas Wednesday, September 9th , 2076 Kansas City Hepcats starter Elijah Miller was unhittable at Center for Kansas City Kids That Can't Read Good. Miller beat the Puerto Rico Ranas, 10-0, breezing through the Ranas lineup en route to a no-hitter. "I thought Elijah started off a little slow and was struggling with his command at first," Hepcats manager said later. "He lucked his way through the early innings, and they helped him out by not being patient. Eventually, it all came together for him, and from there on the Ranas never had a chance. He dominated them." Miller struck out 8 batters and issued 5 walks in the performance. So far this season, Miller has a 7-6 record, 26 starts, 156 innings, 105 strikeouts and a 4.33 ERA.
