Rousseau Bashes 5 Base Hits Tuesday, August 10th , 2077 State College Swift Steeds second baseman Jack Rousseau banged out 5 hits, but it was not enough to keep his club from succumbing to the Brew City Bears, 14-13. He went 5-for-5 and raised his batting average a few points. "If the hits keep coming," an upbeat Rousseau said after the game, "the runs will too. And, more importantly, so will the wins." Jack Rousseau singled in the 1st, hit a three-run home run off Aoife Carter in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 5th, walked in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
