Amarillo Moves on to World Series Sunday, October 3rd , 2077 It went the distance, but the Amarillo Armadillos finally disposed of the Anchorage Wheelers 6-4 in the series clincher at The Burrow Presented By Frankie's Fun Bites. Winning the finale gave the Armadillos the series, 4-3. They will now advance to the World Series. The Most Valuable Player Award went to Amarillo catcher Chorizo McTater. He batted .500 in the series, collecting 1 RBIs and scoring 4 runs. "Chorizo deserves it," said Armadillos manager . "He was the glue that held our club together."
