Love Smacks 5 Hits for Lemurs Sunday, August 13th , 2079 All game long, Louisville's Doug Love was rattling the walls at Kay Faraday Memorial Stadium and banging out base hits against the Puerto Rico Ranas. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 5-hit day and the Lemurs had a win, 12-6. Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 22-year-old left fielder said, "Get 5 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this." Doug Love singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a three-run home run off Kerr Mitt [BOT] in the 6th, grounded out in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 10th.
