McMan Belts Bunch of Base Hits Saturday, August 26th , 2079 All game long, Amarillo's Kevin McMan was rattling the walls at Kay Faraday Memorial Stadium and banging out base hits against the Puerto Rico Ranas. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 5-hit day and the Armadillos had a win, 11-7. Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 21-year-old first baseman said, "Get 5 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this." Kevin McMan singled in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Lucas Trenson in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off Lucas Trenson in the 5th, doubled in the 7th and singled in the 8th.
