Louisville Wins Semi-FInals Monday, October 2nd , 2079 The excitement in Louisville is palpable as the local club has advanced through the Semi-FInals. The Louisville Lemurs downed the Brew City Bears 8-2 tonight at Walter Partlo Memorial Stadium at The Tap House, to take the series 4-2. "Things are going to get crazy in Louisville for the World Series. The fans are going to be behind us 100 percent, we know that," said Smack Miller, who earned MVP honors. "There's a lot of motivation in our clubhouse right now to make sure we give them something to cheer about." For the series, Miller hit .455 with a .556 on-base percentage.
