Digital Tags Wheelers for 5 Hits Wednesday, July 17th , 2080 Even as a kid, Agnes Digital said his coaches told him the key to hitting was making contact, and letting everything else flow from there. At Walter Partlo Memorial Stadium at The Tap House, Digital showed how well he learned that lesson. The 22-year-old shortstop had 5 hits in 5 at-bats for the Brew City Bears, helping his team knock off the Anchorage Wheelers by a score of 10-1. "They always said, just keep your eye on the ball, don't overswing, make contact and you never know what will happen," he said. "That's all I did." Agnes Digital doubled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th and doubled in the 8th. So far this season, Digital is hitting .372 with 6 home runs.
